Loan repayments are automated as a fixed percentage of your outstanding balance. This means repayment flexes with how much of your credit you use. GarageTouch Loans offer different target repayment terms ranging from 90 days to 360 days, depending on eligibility. The maximum repayment term is 60 days following the end of the target repayment term. Any outstanding balance due at the end of the maximum term will be collected automatically via ACH.

The total amount you owe is the outstanding balance (what you used) plus the Service Fee when you make a payment. There is no compounding interest, prepayment, or hidden fees.
GarageTouch Loans can only be used on the approved vehicle for repairs and maintenance services provided by an approved Vendor on the GarageTouch platform. Funds cannot be used for other or any services rendered outside the GarageTouch platform.
If you miss a payment, you a five(5) days grace period to make payment or else you’ll be charge a Late Fee. Too many late payments could resort to suspension and the total Outstanding Balance becoming due.
Yes. If you miss your payment by more than 5 days, you’ll be charged a Late Fee in the amount of $100 + 5% of Outstanding Balance.
GarageTouch doesn’t guarantee an exact amount or if there will be a decrease in your insurance premiums. However, because GarageTouch Drive Now, Pay Later program can reduce the number of claims, many Insurance companies offer higher discounts to their customers with vehicles approved by GarageTouch.
